Heritage Meats is the retail arm of Possum Trot Farms, Inc. We are a start to finish cattle operation; we do everything from calving to finishing. Our beef is naturally raised, no feed antibiotics, no growth hormones, no steroids. Our beef is processed at a Federally inspected butcher. It is aged 21 days and vacuum packed for freshness. We pride ourselves in producing the best beef available and our DNA tests and carcass data can support it! Quarters and halves are available most months of the year.
