Our farm raised clams are harvested by hand within sight of the Atlantic Ocean in State approved waters. We at Savannah Clam Company believe the consistently high salinity, combined with the less turbulent waters in this area, grow a naturally cleaner, sweeter clam. The standard operating procedure for Savannah Clam Company is to harvest one day per week working from a harvest plan.
