AmBar Foods is a family owned and operated business managed by Amy and Adam Johnson. Amy spent years running a very busy coffee shop in the airport when she realized she was missing out on a very important and much needed service that her customers were needing. Busy and on-the-go travelers were seeking quick and fresh food options in addition to their coffee and beverage purchases. Given her high volume of customers combined with her small space and limited staffing, Amy just couldn't make the food herself. She searched for years to find a quality company to provide an affordable, quality product, but was always disappointed. Finally she realized that such a company didn't exist. That is how AmBar Foods was born.
