Schreiner's Fine Sausage was founded by Hugo Schreiner in 1955. At age 13, Gary Schiller began working at Schreiner's on the weekends. When he was 20, he bought the business from Hugo with a $5,000 loan from his parents. Gary's wife, Nancy Schiller, started working at Schreiner's 30 years ago and now runs the business.
