Our beef is grass fed and corn finished to ensure it's full of flavor and superior in quality. The entire beef is dry aged for 21 days not just the primal cuts such as your steaks and better roasts. The beef is shrink wrapped and vacuumed sealed to preserve for approximately 2 years. When it comes time to put in your request on how you'd like your beef packaged it only takes a few minutes over the phone I will walk you through it. We also make every effort to deliver the beef to you or determine a convenient location for both of us to deliver the beef when it's ready.
