McLean Beef is a family owned and operated farm located near Benedict, NE. We have extensive knowledge about the beef that you are eating. We select the top end of our cattle to be processed through our premium program at a USDA inspected facility. "Taste the Difference." Our beef is Dry Aged for 2-3 weeks for extra tenderness and rich beef flavor.
