Jam production with 28 flavor combinations. Prime business is to produce a premium jam product and distribute it to retail vendors. Clear Creek Orchard Jam is one of the top selling products at the Iowa State Fair for the last eight years. By keeping the batch size small (only slightly larger than for home cooking) we can cook each batch very quickly, thus preserving the aromatic fruit flavor that gets boiled off in other commercial jam production. And with 1/3 less added suger, you taste the real fruit flavor. The fruit is our first ingredient, not the sugar. Product is packaged in Mason Jars with nutritional information and barcoded.
